Find Help Near You.

All helplines listed here are free and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No matter which state or Union Territory you are in, you will be routed to someone who speaks your language.

No language or location barrier. Every national helpline below uses an automated routing system. When you call, it detects your telecom circle or asks you to select your state — then connects you directly to a counsellor in your region who speaks your language. You do not need to find a separate local number.
